All vacation rentals are for a minimum of seven (7) days during peak season. There is some flexibility with off season minimum stays with certain homes. Rates and availability are subject to change. Call with any questions and to confirm rates and availability at 949.675.4822.
Summer rentals run on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. Check-ins are at 3:00PM and check-outs the following Saturday at 10:00AM.
All of our Balboa Island vacation rental properties have WIFI included, are non-smoking residences. This policy includes the surrounding yard, patio, deck and boardwalk.
With few exceptions, none of our vacation rentals allow pets.
