Balboa Island Historical Society Opens New Museum at 331 Marine Avenue

The Balboa Island Historical Society opened its new museum today at 331 Marine Avenue on Balboa Island. The exhibits, put together by volunteers lead by Shirley Pepys and Sharon Lambert, did a fantastic job. Framed photo’s, artwork, videos and other exhibits do a marvelous job of presenting the Island’s history. The building was part of a multi-building sale that I put together in 2010. The new owner renovated the buildings and I was able to negotiate a lease for the Historical Society. Make sure and see this wonderful museum!

I just closed on a valuable commercial property at 201 Marine Avenue.
