<p>The Balboa Island Historical Society opened its new museum today at 331 Marine Avenue on Balboa Island. The exhibits, put together by volunteers lead by Shirley Pepys and Sharon Lambert, did a fantastic job. Framed photo&#8217;s, artwork, videos and other exhibits do a marvelous job of presenting the Island&#8217;s history. The building was part of a multi-building sale that I put together in 2010. The new owner renovated the buildings and I was able to negotiate a  lease for the Historical Society. Make sure and see this wonderful museum!</p>

The handsome landmark  Spanish Colonial building on the corner of Marine and Park Avenue is currently being leased by Coldwell Banker. This is the fourth commerical property on the Island I have sold in the last few years. In 2009,  I sold 225 Marine Avenue and in 2010 I sold 325 and 329 Marine Avenue. These buildings do not come up for sale very often and are highly regarded by their owners.</p>
