Alison Ryffel- As a 2nd generation Southern California native and a 18 year Balboa Peninsula Point resident I am an expert on local area knowledge. With a successful construction co-ownership with my husband we bring knowledge in building and future development ideas. Active in my community, I have served on the Board of Directors for the “Balboa Peninsula Point Association” since 2008. My family and I enjoy the beach and ocean, especial scuba diving and searching for beach glass.
